Curious, what should one learn from the video?

Perfection! He never attempts to loop any slightly difficult to loop balls. Moves into position quickly, and if the ball is short or low pushes and moves back to a good position. Never attempts dangerous bh loops against the chop and efficiently uses his legs to lift the ball. Very nicely done.
