Yes , that would have been more interesting to me, but considering the size it is probably too lange for me.
The M-ONE is typically more suitable for commercial or educational use. For individual use, the NOVA, OMNI, and HALO models are better options.

What kind of motors does PONGBOT use? Are they brushless DC motors (BLDC) or are they brushed motors?
Honestly, I'm not quite sure about this. If you want to know more details about tech parameters, please email us at [email protected] and one of our experts will answer all of your questions or confusions in detail.

I'm going to China with my wife later this year. I'm planning to bring one check-in luggage there, so we should be able to bring an extra check-in luggage back. I'm thinking about bringing back a Seeker eagle-eye system. It's less than $1k in China, so pretty affordable. If I end up getting it I'll write a review on it for sure.

Yes, this is also an option. Just a friendly reminder, before making a purchase in China, please consult with our sales team to fully understand the differences between the Chinese and international versions. Additionally, the after-sales policy for the Chinese version may not be fully applicable to the international version.

You are also very welcome to visit our HQ office in Shanghai when you come to China.

Well, if you could ask this question for me to a company's expert and reply me here publicly, I would appreciate it. I'm pretty sure that other members as well, would like to know the type of motors.

I've been using the OMNI S PRO, and here are my thoughts:

Pros:
  • It offers endless possibilities for creating custom training sessions. You can program complex combinations of different skills, like a forehand push followed by a backhand loop and then a backhand flick.
  • The ball feeding is consistent and reliable. So far, I haven't had any issues with balls getting stuck in the robot.
  • It's easy to set up. The instructional video on the phone app is really helpful.
Cons:
  • The English app could use some improvements, especially compared to the Chinese version.

Hi, i see you live in England. I wonder where you bought the robot? Im searching for someone who can deliver to Norway or a country in EU. Is the robot called something different on Alibaba/aliexpress?

I've been looking in to picking up one of these robots, and it seems like the only place to buy them is either Amazon in the USA, or direct from PongBot themselves.
They're happy to ship to the EU, and quote a delivery time of approximately 5-6 weeks.

No, the Aliexpress search system just sucks. I found it using Google search "aliexpress pongbot". Like the guy said though, it's not gonna be supported by pongbot if you buy it through aliexpress.

I got it directly from PONGBOT. You may email them at [email protected] to inquire how to proceed. Currently, they told me these robots are sold only on their official store and Amazon store. Other platforms like Aliexpress are not authorized.

I've reviewed several ping pong robots priced under $1,000, but the NOVA S PRO from PONGBOT stands out as my favorite. The NOVA's versatility is unmatched, as it can be positioned anywhere on the table, providing more realistic serves, counterlooping, and other drills. Many robot users aren't concerned about ball recycling. Just like a human multi-ball feeder, constant ball recycling isn't necessary for me in a robot. With 150 balls, I get plenty of exercise before needing a break, and I can easily extend the NOVA's basket to hold an additional 100 balls if needed.
