Has anyone had a Table Tennis Table at their Wedding reception?

Is this a good Idea? I can't decide whether to go all out for a Rainbow table or make do with a Mini Table - I have two weeks to decide... help!!!

You must ask the bride or you`ll never see a tennis table for a while. Neither the bride in your honey moon!

I did 18monts ago at our reception out the back of the restaurant we hired

Everyone loved it, and helped that I had my team there too. Some of us even took our own bats as I'd let them in on the secret in their wedding invites

Off the back of that our club gained six new members, 4 cadets and 2 vets.

It was quite bizarre really.

A couple of the youngsters wanted to play so we gave them some bats and they lived it, they now come to cub night and play local league in our development Division.

As for the Vets, they just play for fun and the social side.

The wedding was a great success and by the end of the night we had more people playing round the table than dancing.... A few beers and champagne helped everyone
