Look at the picture below, pressing insert video where the arrow is pointed allows you to insert a video when your inside a thread. If you have a video, upload it to youtube then insert the link in insert video. You can also upload videos from Hulu, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Metacafe, Google, Facebook. If you want to include your video in this section of the forum, make a new thread and post.
