WCQ to Korean fan: I will make your ticket worth the money. I'm going to lose one game and bring it all the way to the fifth and decider. Happy? 3-0 is too boring, let me spice it up for you Korean fans!!!

In TO sometimes you can hear the entire conversation in a team.

Just thinking out loud, what if someone’s watching live. They listen to what the Korean team said and say it to the CNT coach in the same TO?

It’s technically possible
technologically speaking, it is possible.

there have been a lot of things recorded that I'm sure the coaches never want other people to hear,
and then it gets broadcasted out for the whole world to hear

You know, when you as a player or coach signed the form. you give your rights away.
this is why, when a player goes and does some TT private, WTT/ITTF has the rights to use those tt on its social media without additional request from the player.

How that is fair, I don't know, but since the players "agreed" by signing the participation form, the rights are given away too. So you can't tell WTT/ITTF, you don't want those mics there, its part of what was signed for

For the Seoul Olympics, Korea situated many of the top players from opposing countries stay far away from the TT Hall. Also had some humid conditions for playing. Completely accidental that they won gold and silver in men's singles at that event. Yes, completely accidental.
And the complaint I heard the most is that they set the bounce of the tables to the maximum tolerance allowed.

There were lots of complaints from many associations for Seoul 1988.

Thanks. Learning new things.

But then I wonder why they moved the mic so close to the Korean team. Why would your hometown Korean technical guys want to broadcast what the coach said? 😂😂

Felix beats his brother Alex. In good times Alex beats Liang Jingkun, but in bad times he can lose to anyone.

I think Felix will win 2 points. The entire French team depends on Alex mentality

Alex tomahawk serve at 10-10 is so illegal

he picks the ball and toss without even having a flat palm or letting it pause it in his palm before tossing.
and i'm not even talking about the questionable toss height.

its like one of those amateur clubs grandpa that toss old school ways. haha

Alexis doing better in the serve and receive game now, which is what lost him Game 1.

Another interesting thing is that he's purposefully slowing down the pace of the game a bit.
not good enough

no emotion LYJ comes for the silent kill
