Kraków Gathering | Spring 2027

So.. I suggested Kraków. Fares are cheap, airport has good flight connection. If anybody from Slovakia or Czech wants to join, then its pretty good road. We could also do Katowice, or maybe Wrocław. My claude optimized possible options for cheapest flights from Amsterdam, Germany and UK to Kraków.

If anybody will want to hop on, we can figure out where exactly.

According to booking if you book in advance a room should be about 30-50€ per night, closer to 30€.

If there will be enough demand we can make this happen. I can handle the venue side. For playing like today, I could get `https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61574778583945` or similar sized venues reserved.

PS2: We are going to have to chip in for the venue, but it should be not that much. (I assume it will be less then 4€ per hour per table).

Whenever in march, I got more time to save up money to come. Although, for those who wants to join for a longer trip through Poland. I would like to go to Wroclaw and or Gdansk as well, but considering the distance, I guess Wroclaw is better. Maybe end our trip to Warsaw for easier flight back home or come back to Krakow. I guess, we can rent a car and travel through Poland.

If you just want want Gdańsk and Wrocław use trains. The network is robust and carts are clean. Kraków - Wrocław is 12€ for an adult, Kraków - Gdansk is a 50€ plane ticket or 40€ train ticket. I rode the Kraków - Wrocław a couple of times and it was about 2hrs. The fuel itself will be many times over if u want to go by car. Train tickets you can buy a few minutes before, plane tickets you have too book in advance.

I've done a quick check on the booking and the prices are about 50€ per night (sometimes its an apartment for 2 people, so it would end up 25€ per person if you manage to find someone to split the cost).

I will make some guide to booking, when we confirm the date and venue. (venue depends on how many players want to come)

Thanks, When I was in krakow I had 30€ per night for an apartment with Air BNB (1 bed for 2, so we won't do that tho ) I guess there is some even better deal possible.
Yes By train it works too, I did not think about that somehow.
Additionally, I did some experience in Krakow to discovers the local culture, I can share that later, and maybe you could give us a hint if it is ok, or pure tourism bullshit haha
