Lines on balls to show spin?

What are your thoughts on implementing lines on the ball to indicate spin during tournaments? In table tennis, unlike many other sports, spin reigns supreme. With the standard white ball, discerning spin, especially at high speeds, becomes exceedingly challenging, if not impossible, particularly a few meters from the table. Introducing lines on the ball could provide a constant visual representation of the spin, potentially reducing unforced errors and enhancing the overall spectator experience.

For instance, this match would be significantly more enjoyable if the spin were visible, yet all we observe is a plain white ball. Any attempt to return a serve results in confusion, with players and spectators alike left wondering, "What just happened?"

Hence, rather than resorting to measures like enlarging the ball size or slowing down paddle speeds in an attempt to attract more viewers, perhaps the most impactful solution would be to display the spin on the ball. Moreover, this approach would eliminate the need for players to dedicate time to practicing deceptive service motions.

Anything that has the ball rotating with any decent spin will make it appear like a blur. It might only be beneficial to players when there is little to no spin on the ball. In terms of spectacle I think it would only be useful for close up slomo replays

I have bought myself half a dozen orange/white balls to be able to "measure" the spin on my serves. Even they turn into a blur so I sprayed the white part with black paint.
Now that I have orange/black balls I can see the spin 😁
Mind you, last week I saw the ophthalmology- surgeon in the local hospital re my cataract in one eye but he told me that the cataract is irrelevant because the field test shows that I am half blind in that eye.
No wonder I can't see the bloody balls 🤣

I'd be fine with a comeback to the orange ball for better visibility. I don't know why orange has died off when the ball changed. Whenever I encounter an orange ball I notice that it's so much easier to see and track. It's like glowing and radioactive in comparison to the white ball. I feel like I have more time to react to and get to the ball.

Maybe this is only specific for my vision, since it doesn't seem like a hugely popular opinion online.
