Are there video livestreams with some of the lower tier leagues such as 4th & 5th Germany leagues?
the simple answer is not really.
maybe someone private would live stream it, but does require a lot of digging to find.

if you are just looking for random, you could search and come up with some of those who do stream, or upload matches

Like Tony said it depends on individual people/clubs. There is nothing set up like Dyn that streams 1. Bundesliga men. That said there are livestreams for Regionalliga (4th division) and Oberliga (5th division). This is for men. I didn't include channels that only post videos or haven't streamed in over a year except for Oggersheim because they post videos of all their matches and Gionis is currently playing for them and next season most likely too).

Regionalliga Nord:

SV Motor Falkensee (they have women too in Regionalliga and Oberliga, also YouTube archives)
SV Arminia Hannover
MTV Eintracht Bledeln

Regionalliga Südwest

TTC Oggersheim (Gionis plays here)

Regionalliga Süd

Post SV Mühlhausen II
SV SCHOTT Jena
MSV Hettstedt

Oberliga Herren Mitte

Post SV Zeulenroda
TTC Zella-Mehlis

Oberliga Herren Nord-West

TSV Lunestedt
MTV Eintracht Bledeln II
DJK Franz-Sales-Haus Essen (Otto from Pongfinity plays here, one match so far and the team will most likely get promoted to Regionalliga)

This thread is about getting players to Europe to play league. (thank you to the forum members that has guided me over the weeks, as I am very new to European leagues, espeicaly websites and what not)

Haven't done it for a while, first time it was French Regional B league in 2014 with a South African women's no 3.
A Cinderella story, a girl from a village in rural South Africa, off to Paris.

Now, there is a Austrian 1st division (upper), Taiwanese player who will see his first match tomorrow - so excited.

I have news that a German 6th division team is needing a USATT2400+player.
The key is that they can't be on the WTT system, because the league has started. The German player registry is linked to WTT database, and they will not accept player "mid season" if the players name is in the system.
So if someone haven't played WTT before, and good enough. Just maybe I can get you to experience German league for 50~60 days in Oct~Nov.
message me and we can chat if you are interested.

Its late on my side, so I will post more when I have free time.
French Regional B league ? well you might be referring to either Pro B or just Regional , and the difference in level is so huge that they are almost different sports

Formal U19 no1, Wang Chen-You also flies out again tonight for Spain
Yang Tzu-Yi will also fly out this weekend for his debut in Spain.

Chang Yu-An first TTBL win, on debut day too.

Huang Yan-Cheng double win yesterday

Li Yan-Jun also had 1 singles win, 1 doubles win and 1 singles loss in 2nd Bundesliga yesterday and helping his team win 6-2. I'm waiting for him to upload his match videos to me, since there was no streaming.
I'm eager to see the illegal serve opponent he struggled with in that single's loss - between 3-4 point lost per game in the 2-3 encounter. Dealing with illegal serves is part of a players life and if we cannot find a way (other than umpire), then we will only loose.

Li is red in the point sequence below

I updated the title to include rest of the world.

I was busy helping some players with MLTT previous few weeks, with one high profile (former top 20 in the world) ending up not registering, but did push some other players to register.
Some are high profile too, so should be high up in the draft. Some are 2600+ level, so maybe might get a team, or might not.

Also busy with UTT 2025 and very high chance I will be there in person this season.

Been busy since Mid Jan for European 2025-2026 leagues contract negotiations.
with one contract received and awaiting player to return from overseas to sign.
Few lost chances, but happy to the players that took the spot (over my players, since I know them well too) and about a dozen more spots in the final or closed to the final stages of negotiations, with players from China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

after this phase is done, then I will head over to probably the lower leagues (2nd or 3rd division).

You probably will notice I am less on TTD nowadays, well that is because of leagues :)

Confusing isn't it? haha
John recently played in the challenger series in Germany, currently watching it. He made the Finals but still watching it to see if he won the whole thing. Don't want to spoil myself.
so there is one guy in the 6th division, beating some of my USATT 2600 / TTR 2400 players in the challenger.
he himself is 2350, but not growing because he is in the 6th divisions - his wins there don't give him points.
He was 2BL and 3BL before, and now sitting in 6th being king of the division and playing challenger every week, and making finals most of the time...
he is a solid and experience TTR2400+ player

one of my star players, World U19 no 2, Senior world rank no 66, Chang Yu-An (18 years old) will be landing back in Germany this morning, to take part in another TTBL league match. He will then proceed to Slovenia and Czechia to complete in feeders.

This was Chang's league career debut match from earlier this month. Let's hope he continues to learn and grow with every league match opportunity that comes his way.

wow, it is over half a year ago with Chang Ping-Cheng (Braxton) making his debut in the Austria 1st Bundesliga.

Stats, stats are facts, and here are the stats so far:
League: won 7 lost 2
Austria cup: won 1 lost 0
ETTU Cup: won 0, lost 1 (a decider lost to TTBL player)

Singles performance total, won 8 and lost 3.
I was expecting a 66% win ratio. Braxton did 72% with 2 of the losses at 2-3s,, so it could of gone either way. Very good results considering his inexperience in the international stage and espeically against non Asian style players.

Doubles, won 4 lost 1.

So it wasn't only just Braxton's individual performance, but many times the team was behind and with Braxton's win in his individual match, he changed the momentum and allowed his club to turn around from loss to a tie or a victory. End of the day, individual matches are important, but if you can affect the fighting spirit in your teammates, that is even better!

The team is now in the play offs and we will fight to aim for the championships!

with 2 matches remaining, Hilpolstein has won the 2nd division in Germany.

Li Yan-Jun in his debut league season, has contributed 4 wins and 1 lost playing as the number 1 player in the team.
For the 2nd half season, he is also ranked 6th on the league players list.
1 more match next weekend for Li before returning to Taiwan to prepare for FISU World University Games trials.

I hope this name becomes more popular in the international space in the foreseeable future (still won't have too much WTT matches this year).

One of Taiwan's top former juniors, ahead of Kao in 1 year (he was U18 no1, and Kao no 2), and 2nd place, only just behind Kao the next, both head to head still, until they too old for U19. Both are the same age, or 1 month apart to be exact.
and then the next year Kao boomed in the world and went to play Bundesliga in Germany (this season).

Some gap occurred and confidence level drop, with more youngsters challenging his spot in the national team.
A good kid, very well manners, very good academically too - someone any coach will just go the extra mile for in his allroundness.

He didn't cement a spot in the national team in 2024 - so there was no international match, so, I got him to go play in Spain super division and he struggled with his first trip.
There was pressure, as the club was going to get regulated, and needed all wins.

when I asked if conditions there are okay (meals, accommodation, training), I especially asked many times about if training is okay, he said it is perfect - didn't want me to worry (later I found out, training doesn't really meet my expectations and it was difficult for him to be in good form) - to be fair most places in Europe training doesn't meet my expectations - it is either quality, or quantity (not enough hours) or both.

His contract involved 2 trips
first trip for 3 weeks - 3 matches
and second trip was 5 weeks - 5 matches.

the 3 matches.... results are 1 win, 4 loss.... the win came in the last match of that trip
he managed to get his first career league win

The kid can play - USATT level of 2600+ (2700 if he is on a good day) but he was fighting to beat himself/his challenges, being away from home, not the best training conditions that he is used to, adjusting to cultural, dietary, language differences, it was difficult for a 20 year old there all alone (his first trip without a coach next to him to guide him), but he didn't let me worry of his challenges.
Many times I would call him and encourage him, as I believe he lacked confident in the execution on crucial shots.
I would play all star points and out rally opponents, only then to get stuck in a zone.

he came back, I told him to rest for his 2 weeks back, and enjoy time back at home and enjoy the missed foods.
I thought maybe the club doesn't want him for the 2nd trip, I mean, 20% win rate... I would understand.
He was worried the club didn't want him back too, but few days before the trip, the ticket was purchased and he was getting ready to fly back to Spain.

His second trip started with a 2-3 score loss, in the first match... he was up 2-0 and was leading in all 5 games.... I thought that was a huge blow to confidence. Luckily second match up he stood first and won 3-0

2nd trip resulted in 6 wins and 3 loss
giving him a total of 7 wins and 7 loss in his career debut season, not great results for his ability, but he is still young and learning. The turn around was very welcoming and I can see he has more confidence now.

the club actually helped a great deal, and especially with the leadership of the team captain and Spanish international player Carlos and I told Carlos that his care and warmth had made a difficult journey more pleasant.

These photos really touched my heart, and Wang Chen-You actually just landed back in Taiwan 10 mins ago.

at 50% win rate, he had better results than his club mates, so the club is likely going to regulate. Maybe I will find someone to help them promote to the next season. Right now Wang deserves a good rest, and I am busy arranging his next journey.

So far 2 Koreans (current KNT) and 1 Chinese (Former CNT) added to the portfolio in the past 2 weeks.

Should be signing another two Koreans + one Japanese in the coming few weeks.
3 Korean, 1 Chinese, 1 Japanese added
should be adding another Korean + Japanese and around 15 Taiwanese between now to the end of the month

These are elite level. Once done with these, then will go to tier 2s, 3s etc.
I will probably look at a limit around 50 players for the next season.

Also, am private consultant for few players playing in MLTT (Taiwanese/Japanese) in the upcoming season.
Coverage of league is now 3 continents :)
