No doubt but most of Chinese rubbers are factory-tuned and when we open the seal it is always have a super stinky smell of something like chemical glue.

This is a very useful post for someone who just start EJing affordable equipment. I am planning on putting together an aliexpress order for my brother and I and some friends. Out of the rubbers discussed here what would you say is the best beginner forehand rubber on aliexpress right now(euro style)

You might try the new Yinhe Moon 12, its at least as good as Rozena and Vega and those types of rubbers.
Ak47 is good and cheap too. Big dipper is the best, but a bit harder than typical euro rubber.

I have 2 fextra, 2 yinhe moon 12 MED soft and 2 loki RXton1 rubbers on the way. Cheap TT stuff from aliexpress is addictive. I almost ordered a Yinhe pd 437 too, lol. Still need to decide what rubber I want to order for forehand. Need something that isn't too fast or too hard. I contemplated ordering some blue/yellow AK47 but my brother had it on his Sanwei M8 and I just couldn't jive with it. Not sure why but maybe it was the blade not the rubber.

Hello, I need an advice. I am a beginner-intermediate level player. I am currently using fh t05 bh t80 with dhs b2x. I will change the blade and switch to yinhe pro 1. I want to try Chinese rubbers with the dhs blade. I ordered Loki Gtx pro for Fh. I read a lot of articles. As I read the article, I got confused. Which rubber do you recommend for bh? Big dipper, AK47, Mercury 2 or Jupiter 3, Battle 2 or LAC. I would like to try the Hurricane 3 neo, but I guess it won't be for the backhand.

For bh, i would recommend Ak47 or Moon 12 blue.
Big dipper is good for advanced bh, as its quite hard and demanding.

What hardness do you recommend? I know you like to use red. Would red be too hard? If it is hard, can't it be softened with boost? Likewise, which hardness of Moon 12 Blue should I choose?and what about mercury 2?

I don't think red is too hard. Red is fairly hard...but its very catapulty, so it doesn't seem demanding in that sense. I personally like red, but I used yellow and blue before as well, and they were both good as well. If you are worried, Yellow might be the safer choice. But I don't think anybody would find red to be hard to play with. Rubbers that are hard to use are usually like H3, with very little catapult.
Yes of course it can also be softened with booster.
I personally use Moon 12 in H-. But it is indeed quite hard, so M+ might be the safer choice.
I don't think Mercury 2 is anywhere near the same level, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I will probably order AK47 red. Should I use this rubber without boosting or should I boost it immediately? Is there a better Chinese tire than this for around $30?
And Loki gtx pro , 2 layers of boost and finally one layer of baby oil will be applied, right?

I don't think it needs booster. Just try it as it is, its very very nice. If you can't get past the hardness, then apply booster. The rubber will expand over the blade edge, so you just need to trim it off again.
For GTX, yes I would do 2 layers of booster, and 1 layer of baby oil. But not all at once, let the layers dry first.

I mentioned Arthur Diamond, that could be good.
Another cheap rubber that is really really good with booster is Friendship's Aurora Max. Without booster it is really slow, but with booster, it turned into the fastest rubber I have ever seen. Tremendous catapult.

I decided to buy AK47 Red, I won't confuse myself any more. Let's see how GTX and AK47 will be, Maybe later i will try aurora max.

AK47 blue and yellow are very peculiar rubbers. They are rather soft and in order to get any spin from them you have to engage the sponge. Blue version is non linear at all, unlike red, which I liked the most. To me, red is also the fastest but at the same time the easiest one to play, I feel like it has a little bit more grip and it's predictable for me. The drawback that it is also predictable for the opponent and the spin coming out of it is mediocre at best. I think it's suitable for a fast hard blade if you drive-kill, without adding too much spin.

If I were you, I would get a 5 ply wood blade (Yinhe Earth E3 for example or DHS W3010 if you like thin handles) without any carbon because it will only harm your technique instead of helping and I would buy two yinhe big dipper 38* (1st version) they are rather cheap, have amazing control, very small catapult and are very predictable, easy to play with rubbers. Or Yinhe Mercury, if you don't like catapult effect.
I tried yinhe pro 01 and I didn't like it as much as I thought I would.

Arthur europe diamond its quite firm out of the box works great on FH if you like grippy rubbers, 2 layers of seamoon to soften the sponge a bit & it feels great on BH, good bounce & control, really grippy to hit vs backspin & good kick. I dont think its a begginer friendly BH rubber though.

Only hard chinese tacky rubbers or hybrids respond well to boost, or ESN rubbers after they are worn out, in order to get speed and spin back you can boost them but this will most likely decrease the life span of the rubber.
The reason behind boosting is to make the topsheet more elastic, create more tension and soften the sponge, so that it's easier to play with. Hence the increased speed/spin. AK47 series do not respond well to booster if at all.
