My summer training and tip on training, techniques

Hi guys,
in this thread I will share ideas about training, techniques and in general about my summer training. I don't have a camera, just a very-very bad phone camera (unusable for recording table tennis), so there won't be too much video about my playing, but I will try to borrow camera and ask my partners to record the training. Okay, my plans are the following:
-2 weeks camp in July at my club, 5 hours of training per day
-physical training and some service training alone at home
-multiball training with my father and brother (and also some play) at home
-in August my club starts the prep training for league play, that is 4-5 hours of training per day
-2 hour 'breakfast' training from 6AM at weekends

My first post will be about footwork training. I'm quite fast footed (18 yo. in good form), but have problems with footwork precision (bad placement) and with coordinating weight transfer and arm movement (I do the stroke a little bit after or before the weight transfer, not exactly in the same time). I'll post some idea how to train the right footwork alone or with someone, who don't know table tennis. Sorry, but because I have the physical capabilities I will write about the pro footwork, I can't do anything with aching knees etc. (maybe some tips, but I can't promise anything).
