Recently, I compared the specifications of 60 rubbers available on https://revspin.net/rubber (which I find to be the most comprehensive source of information). My question is: which category would be more relevant for selecting a rubber - the individual ratings or the overall score?

It's an interesting idea.
For me, the third graph makes most sense. I recommend rejigging the scales further to focus on the top right quadrant. That will alleviate the overlapping data.

What happens if you test some specific cases?
From the 3rd graph, Yasaka Rising Dragon looks like a candidate for best value for money for an attacking rubber? Is that a credible conclusion?

Consider normalizing the ratings a bit as a normal distribution rather than as a linear score and see whether that makes a difference. I can't fully interpret the graphs without some description but I think they all have some value. The main issue with the first is that price might not be accurate or normalized and it can be affected by really cheap rubbers which some player has given a high rating despite its objective quality not being that great.
