what a sexy looking blade. šŸ˜

For some reason I find the FZD Blades and Super Viscaria (not normal) to be the best looking Butterfly blades
Thanks, it’s dope😁I’m hope it will have feeling something alike with viscaria salc and I can use it as an experimenting with rubber blade alternative šŸ‘ŒšŸ»

Lol I didn’t put two 09c because it became kinda heavy, all of viscaria salc that was presented in store was 95+ grams so with two hybrids, two layers of glue the whole setup about 205. I usually pick rackets that are about 86-88 grams.

Btw I got something for myself today 😁
Nice set up, nowadays it's very hard to find one under 90, I even contact butterfly u.s.a to confirm they don't even have one under 90,

Actually I am testing a Viscaria Super ALC (86g) with D09C 1,9 mm FH + BH. Total weight is 180g.
In the Moment I am happy with this combination.

I have a second Viscaria SALC with 88g as backup and for testing different other rubber-combinations, but for now D09C feels just right.

Good for you, mine is damn heavy. And I didn’t have other options in terms of weight. Official seller just don’t have it. I put Dynaryz ZGR just to try out as a forehand rubber but on FZD SALC and man it is heavy - 58 gr when cut to the blade size, I use max thickness only. It is 8 gram heavier than D09c and it’s not the lightest rubber

Yeah, I have asked about maybe slightly light weight, they are telling - maybe next batch of blades would be lighter - I waited, then came in for another super alc, but again, all of the new blades were about 95+

95+ is some what ridiculous .
Definitely. I already consider my 90 gram super vis pretty heavy, but it’s definitely the best weight for me since I play pretty powerfully

A mighty hammer, indeed.
Gonna try it today on a tourney - will see.
Yesterday while training and matches I kinda liked it, especially on a backhand side were D09c was. Forehand Dynaryz ZGR - I’m not sure now - I think D09c will perform better even on forehand but still want to give it tourney testing šŸ¤“

Good luck and keep us posted.
Thank you, mate!
Tournament just proved my feeling - powerful blade but Dynaryz ZGR needed to get used to, I do like hard rubber but this one is little bit harder than I prefer - 57 degrees. It is faster than D09c. I have scored more points with backhand opening, and precise blocking - because I had more stability on this side. Usually most of my point is serve/forehand loops. Closely to third hour I started to feel my forehand better and scoring more with it but still - not my cup of tea ā˜•ļø

I got an 84g Viscaria SALC. Forgot to ask about the FZD SALC and I do like the Viscaria handle anyways. Will put on some Chinese rubbers and take it for a spin sometime.

Nice one! Handle of Viscaria SALC both FL or ST are better than FZD SALC for my taste. And the feeling of them both are different - I’ll give my preference to Viscaria SALC šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Let’s us know how it fits you. I think with your power it can be very suitable for your style.

For me one of the advantages of super alc is easiness to play against long pips chops it’s almost doing all the work for you and lifting them up became almost effortless. Plus loop kill much easier too. It should be opposite on paper as faster equipment harder to control. Right?

Hello, is the SALC much faster than a ALC? Im currently deciding between the two. I currently have a Treiber CO that i enjoy however i tried i FZD SALC from a friend and loved the feeling and the large sweetspot. Can you recommend which one is going to be as fast as my treiber with the same large sweetspot. I feel that my treiber has a small sweetspot compared to the SALC.

Well it will be available from October worldwide according to the site. Im curious when it will available in Ukraine for the pure community interest hehešŸ˜‰. ā€œBlah blah blahā€ - insert any EJ excuse 😁I used to like regular Harimoto ALC few years ago - so why not tošŸ“šŸ«”šŸ˜Œ

Anyway I got an old back injury kicks in after all of those 3-4 hours almost every day/sometimes two times a day. So now this is third day of me barely can move lol 😁 but it happens time to time, when I miss those few days of rest that I was in need, plus some extra stress from rocket shelling and lack of sleep šŸŒ

ah man lower back? I had a serious lower back injury about 6 years ago from a bouldering incident. I fell 17 feet and hurt my back. Then i had the bright idea to climb back up right after and try again...only to fall 17 feet again...compounding the injury. I was basically out of commission for a long time. Had to stop playing (regular) tennis. couldn't dance. it was horrible.

Then my trainer at the gym shared with me this article:

and I started doing the big 3 exercises every day....seriously changed my life! I still have back pain...especially when I slack on my core exercises...but if i do them regularly, my back feels pretty damn stable. My best outing yet is 18 matches in a single day at a tournament. my body was sore but my back felt surprisingly good.

Yeah I have two herniated discs at my lower back. Thank you for the tips. I usually do routine for my back and overall mobility about two times a day - but all those thing made for prevent such things and they really helps but when it is already happened - only rest can help and some
sort of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory pills, anyway sometimes it getting worse like one time in three years plus minus (it is okay for me - it getting much worse from bjj/mma for example so I’m good with that) - especially when a lot of training volume done continuously for six-seven months without any breaks. Last time it was happen after a long flight from Tenerife 10-12 hours like - I started to ā€œfeltā€ my back during it and after that during training I felt my back even more and make an mistake to keep playing - that all ended up at waking up on the next day with huge back pain almost unable to move. It was about three years ago.

This time I was felt much more exhausted before Saturday tourney from my weekly schedule than i usually do ( that already was unusual to me ) - but I decided to still participate, didn’t properly warmed up, started to ā€œfeel the backā€ from the first game but keep on playing - the next day only I have understand that I shouldn’t just participate.

damn....sucks about the herniated discs. send me your mobility routine bro! i do some stuff for my knees but i need to add in my hips too. sucks getting hold bro! I was hosing off my drive way in some old sandals and i slipped like 2 or 3 inches...and that was enough to tweak my lower back a little bit. didnt stop me from winning all my matches at the round robin last night tho!
