Well it will be available from October worldwide according to the site. Im curious when it will available in Ukraine for the pure community interest hehe😉. “Blah blah blah” - insert any EJ excuse 😁I used to like regular Harimoto ALC few years ago - so why not to🏓🫡😌

Anyway I got an old back injury kicks in after all of those 3-4 hours almost every day/sometimes two times a day. So now this is third day of me barely can move lol 😁 but it happens time to time, when I miss those few days of rest that I was in need, plus some extra stress from rocket shelling and lack of sleep 🌝

damn....sucks about the herniated discs. send me your mobility routine bro! i do some stuff for my knees but i need to add in my hips too. sucks getting hold bro! I was hosing off my drive way in some old sandals and i slipped like 2 or 3 inches...and that was enough to tweak my lower back a little bit. didnt stop me from winning all my matches at the round robin last night tho!
Ah, no problem, it’s actually not that bad (besides those periods when it get an inflammation). I had both knees injured also from wrestling days.

The mobility that I do is this one and it’s more than enough if performing everyday

It is basic short mobility workout that didn’t take a big amount of time and can be perform anywhere (that’s what most people needed) - without any “fancy instagram poses” (that actually did nothing) that can be used as warmup or a cool-down after the practice on a daily basis. I do it every day for about six or seven years already and I’m as an ex coach could tell that it is very useful and beneficial for overall mobility and injury prevention. I always had good flexibility so when I was young I didn’t understand the benefits of such type of training but anyways it’s better start later than never lol

If you need something with more accent on your hips and knees you can try this one

There was a review suggesting super alc plays halfway between regular alc and super zlc, and I think that's about right. The feel is a lot more like regular alc though.
I'm curious to know where the normal ZLC fits into all this.

Also if anyone can help regarding another query I have. I'm looking into the Jun Mizutani ZLC and super ZLC and I'm wondering how they compare to the viscaria super ALC as the Vis SALC has koto as outer ply and the JM ZLC and SZLC have limba.

Good for you, mine is damn heavy. And I didn’t have other options in terms of weight. Official seller just don’t have it. I put Dynaryz ZGR just to try out as a forehand rubber but on FZD SALC and man it is heavy - 58 gr when cut to the blade size, I use max thickness only. It is 8 gram heavier than D09c and it’s not the lightest rubber
Holy Moly, I have never seen a heavier rubber. My two absolute champions are 2.2mm Hurricane 3 Neo Commercial (54g without glue) and Battle 2 (55g without glue) cut to a large DHS blade head.

And even those two felt like bricks on my 89g blade, it was simply unplayable. Can't imagine how you deal with a 205g blade.

Has anyone tried Hurricane 3 on FZD SALC blade? Other than the Olympic champion Chen Meng. She used CHurricane 3 on both sides.
Its good. Very direct, tons of speed and a huge sweet spot. Trajectory is a little low

Would really help if someone who has played with these blades to give some insight

I've played with all of them but you are spending time on something that you can only get insight from through testing.

JM ZLC is easier to borrow power and has better feel. If you can swing hard, then Super Viscaria will have more power. Super carbon usually has numb feel for small stroke.

JM SZLC is faster, but not as good as ZLC to create spin.

Are you able to compare FZD SALC to FZD ALC? With H3 on FH
Imo the SALC is basically just ALC+. SALC is stiffer with a longer but lower arc vs the regular ALC. SALC is more automatic in blocking and counter but because of the different arc characteristics you have to have your angles and timing more on point to benefit from the increased offensive potential. Since SALC is stiffer it also requires a bit more force to make it really sing but if you are familiar with a regular Viscaria structure blade already, I don't think it is all that big of an adjustment. Where I think the ALC has the advantage over SALC is that it is a bit easier to lift and spin the ball due to the decreased stiffness vs SALC, especially opening vs backspin- a regular Viscaria structure requires a bit less force to start holding the ball, otherwise with the SALC I find that I have to have a really fast racket speed to generate clearance over the net if my form and positioning is off
