Table tennis budget setup for beginner

Hello everybody.
I am looking for a tt setup for a beginner (me) that is also budget freindly,
I have decinded that since my backhand is weak (cos' I play penhold and RPB is so hard) that I'll get a Butterfly Flextra.
Also, for the blade I need a defensive, allround or not too offensive blade thats light. Anything not too crazy really.
