I found there are less GIF picture in this forum, GIF picture is a good way to show the technique and the motions clearly, so everyone why not update some gif of the technique which you want to learn ? or the player which you are like...
Here I made some gif about the forehand of Ma Long, an all-round forehand which excels in speed, power, spin and placement, and very aggressive in anywhere, so fantastic forehand shot !
