It really depends on your style. Are you spin or speed oriented? Do you tend to play close to table or stay away? Do you prefer long rallies or 3rd ball kill? etc

In summary, T64 is not that sensitive to incoming spin. The magic is that you can generate very dangerous spin with T64. The sponge is lively, speed is more than decent.

Yes you can use it on FH if you are a blocker playing close to the table. And you use speed and placement to win points.
