Yes I can tell the difference between my blades and I have one that I like better than the others (and it happens to be a fishscale one), but to be honest, it is highly unlikely that I actually play discernibly better with it (and also it's the one I'm most used to). With that said, all of mine are in the right weight range og 88-93 g. Might require a bit of adjustment if I had one that was 81 g. Might. I don't have one like that. When I have hit with the very light ones, I really took an instant dislike.

Just received word that my two custom made ST handle 89g Viscaria blades were shipped today. Will get them soon.

Now I need to buy some Tenergy sheets.

I played with one of them today for two hours -- finally!! I have to say that I was pretty happy with the ZJK-ALC ST I had been using but at the end of the day, there is nothing like a Viscaria! The ZJK was a little lighter than I would normally like, and this one has a perfect weight -- except it will take a few days to get used to it again.

That's cool. It works out that you get the perfect blade for yourself. The ZJK ALC will still be a fine backup to the two custom Viscarias. But, having exactly what you want is really kind of nice.
