Wahoo! We got new lettered Jerseys and we're a goin' to the National Open near DMZ!

Our Korea Foreign TTC just got new jerseys and 4 of us will be headed to Chulwon for the National Open tourney near the DMZ!

We will wear the Nexy Orange Sunset Jerseys and after we sweat our tails off, we change into others. Nexy had them lettered for us and they made them just like we designed them.

I had a few extra ones lettered for me as I go through 6 jerseys in a summer evening playing TT.

You will se a lot of Tibhar jerseys here, but I wear all kind of others and have a Stiga lettered with our club design that would make Dan happy.

We are hyped and ready to go. T - Minus 10 days til June 1... Hopefully a great thread during this nice tourney.

Im not a big fan of crowded shirts like these for myself, but since your in Asia, this style is very Asian and suits the club!

ST, those look great proportion of size and sponsor on the back side.

Ripper, the blue Tibhar "Blues" jersey doesn't look much by itself, but with the white and red colors of our TTA, it brings new life to it for sure.

Dan, at some future point in time at some future tourney down the road, I am open to making a TTD forum team to go to a tourney if we can find enough of us in the same area to do so of course with TTD jerseys to show forum spirit. problem is to get enough of us forum members to be at same place and time with our lives, sometimes not easy thing to do in USA where everything is spread out. My days remaining in the land of Korea are numbered.

I designed these to be used in both Korea and oversees when I and other members of our TTA leave Korea.

In the future, when I get back to USA or maybe later Europe, I plan to expand membership in our KFTTC to Koreans living oversees, since they are Korean and are Foreign where they live.

I will of course take pics and hopefully get some player to take a match vid or two.

This tourney is WAY up north right near the DMZ in a city that isn't so large, but there will be a good turn-out for this and a nice road trip to get up there. I had to fix an Army generator on a Korean Army base in that area last summer and it is a LONG way up north. That area has mountain after mountain and valley, some great scenery and even better resturants, great hiking in summer and unbeatable white water rafting on the Hantan-Gang river, a great tourist attraction in the summer. Koreans are now very keen on camping with a dozen shows on cable TV showing all the greatest and latest gear for a joyful and innovative camping trip.

This will be a three day mission.

One evening to meet up and travel up there.

One day each for singles/doubles then also for team event.

Traveling back after it is all said and done is going to be rough, but we have all done longer missions than this before in the military.


Whatever happens, this tourney will shape up to be a blast of EPIC proportions I will remember and document.

Here is a pic with three of our founding members of KFTTC, although I will doing this tourney with some other members. Ming and Joel came up to Uijeongbu today to get their shirts and a NEXY Calix II blade. We ate some chicken and a Korean Beer/chicken joint and had probably our last meal together for a long time.

ST, I have gazillions of shirts and these, along with the Stiga Creator jersey, are absolutely the driest shirts ever made, period. They also look awesome even without a club logo or sponsor.

What it looks like without lettering. This is from a regional tourney that broughtout the big guns. Next to me is the now married (sorry fellas!) Lee, Na Hyun, a chopper/attacker who just won Div 1 ladies at Seungnam National Open a week ago in southern part of Seoul.

Now I just need to get a Li-Ning short real cheap, sadly the Chinese Li-Ning tracksuit is close to impossible to find, probably wouldnt even look good on me either

3 days left til Sat AM. Getting moar hyped by the day.

I got a shirt for one of my partners, but he won't get a lettered shirt for another week or two. I broke my sponsor's budget getting these things lettered, but they will last and give him more than enough advertising.

Here is a pic with the English teacher who will be my doubles partner this tourney.

When the field sees our team and where we are classified, there will be a riot form enemy squads' coaches. Still, every team in a national open is stacked and way underclassified, so many we are not the sharks after all.
