What actually happened in that point between Simon and Hugo

Hello everyone,
TableTennisDaily (and ITTF) posted a video of a point between Simon and Hugo that everyone (me included maybe) don't seem to agree on what exactly happened. My interpretations coming from my not-so-bad knowledge of the game but also from Simon and Hugo personalities. None of the other interpretations justify Hugo celebrating with a high pitch voice , Simon putting his hands over his head and towards the end of the video pointing to the camera hoping someone actually filmed that. Here is what I see: Hugo put the ball on simon side and the ball (weirdly) just travelled back to his side !! what do you guys see ?

the shot was legal even in an ITTF Tournament so there was nothing wrong with. Both seem to have fun. I did not see Simon got angry. I think he only pointed to the camera because that was a terrific shot that was really good to film. Hugo just did a drop shot block on the last return before the point if check it thoroughly.
