What do you call this BH stroke in English?

What do you call this Backhand stroke in English?

In Japan and Korea, they call it backhand short. I don't know why they call it short.

I think it's just called a bh drive or punch. I think in Japanese "Drive" is equivalent to what we call a topspin loop-drive.

BH Hit... could also be called a BH Drive... when done against an incoming topspin attack it can be called a BH counter... a BH Counter Hit... a BH Counter Drive...

If stroke is short enough and there is enough firming at impact, then it can also a called a BH Punch.

When doing multiball at a club I went to in Tokyo, the coach called a FH open up against backspin a "drive" so they got things all backwards compared to most other countries. Loop-drives were just called "fore" there
