1) Further increase the spin quality and variation in my service (this is a strength that gives me an advantage over my opponents and I'd like to keep it that way as I get better and play opponents at a higher level), Kim Taek Soo could often get 5 service point in a row even against the top Chinese so I aspire to further develop on this strength in my own game
2) Improve and adapt my in and out footwork as the timing and positioning is very dependent on the type of ball that I get from my opponent, I want to develop this so that I can always play the best quality shot possible for every 4th or 5th ball
3) Improve and consolidate on my existing attack patterns and recovery as well as develop new ones to be effective against different serves, receives and opponents
4) Find and create more opportunities to train as table time is very naff at the moment
5) Get even stronger and fitter strength wise and also the table tennis related plyometric exercises in the gym
6) Related to 3) is to study the attack patterns and associated footwork of the different traditional penholders and try and add them to my own game
7) Improve other match related footwork and off the table counterlooping footwork (Increase the speed and distance covered in larger steps when side stepping to the left and teach my body to spot and anticipate when I need to cross over as I can do it for my third ball attack but strangely not during open play) and in addition to teach myself to use crossover footwork to the left for my TPB loop for the very wide balls like Kim Taek Soo did during open play
8) Figure out how much booster I can add to my Tenergy 05 Hard without causing it to bottom-out on stronger impacts (like my normal Tenergy 05 did). I like the fact that boosters are basically VOC free long life speed glues without the glue as I used to speed glue classic rubbers for fun and loved the feeling of spinning the ball on contact
9) This one goes without saying but improve my Forehand and Backhand strokes further, I want to further increase my acceleration and swing speed so that I can hit with more quality and spin all of the time
10) Record all of my training so that I can review it and consistently tailor my training plans and development goals based on my progress in real life and not how I feel that I play
