What's the next step after fundamentals?

I don't think you need New skills at that point, just execute those fundamentals with more consistency and shot quality.

For example it would be nice to have a flick but I don't think it is necessary to improve after 10 months as most players at your level won't be able to serve short consistently. Most serves of your level opponents will be long or half long so most important would be to be able to loop those consistently.

even pros practice their fundamentals everyday. Not just TT. Every sport, or every music instrument or any activity, really. if you want to improve you should too. But you should also practice other stuff ofc.

what you should practice is function of your goals.

The next step is movement/footwork and for you to see implement all your strokes into a sequence of rallies.

Movement/footwork takes years to master

If you have a coach, then fine tuning everything will also take some time.

Your bh is your weakness, so train more on that too

Service and 3rd ball attack will fetch you the most points per hour of practice. After that, it is receiving serves.
And it is massively strange that in most TT classes, I observe students spend hours and hours doing FH / BH drive & loops. Seems like something is off, right?

In all the academies I have visited, FH/BH drives are not practiced that often, maybe for warmups. Every session consists of at least 30 mins of serves, then some sort of 3rd/4th ball sequence. If a coach is feeding multiball, then it is also usually a sequence. Most often, its BH flick from FH side, then BH kill, or FH short push then FH pull all over the table.

This should be the right way....

Another thing, a lot of guys here use long pimples, and it's annoying, i try to serve long with backspin or nospin, the way i saw on youtube videos, but even so they receive it with a long ball on my backhand wich it's not possible to pivot unless i predict it, but they also can receive it in akwards spots, if i serve on his backhand, he can put the ball on my wide backhand, or really short forehand, it's like really weird how the fuck can he receive the long serve on my short forehand, and it's really short, and also with side spin leaving the table, and he can do it consistently. How should i play against it?

First thing is get used to pushing the ball from his LP. His LP ball will be dead or even slight topspin, so you are correct it is very awkward ball. Get a cheap LP paddle to practice against and just learn to do 20 pushes in a row against the LP with your backhand. You need to push with a more forward motion, and more closed-faced racket angle.

After this, you will need to practice looping this LP shot with your bh...but this is a huge step up in skill and may not be very easy right now. This might take several months of serious practice.

I can loop, the problem is the time and placement of the ball, in practice is ok, in game is really hard.

I like serving long and fast to weird pips player, it gives them less time to react and to place the ball to awkward spots, mixing in a bit of very short serves to their fh

Yes, you should serve mainly long with a lot of spin variations to pips players - receiving short serves is just a bit too easy with pips/anti. Even long serve receive isnt all that hard with sidespin chopblocks or sideswipes.
