Except short game, what is the difference between Skyline and H3 ?
Skylines are less reactive/lively than H3 and they feel firmer and more direct, but they are more stable and have higher spin ceilings. TG2 in particular is quite slow but you can really load up the spin, and it is excellent at serve/short game.

I find tg2 neo a bit tackier as well, longer arc too.

I’ll always say a boosted Provincial Blue sponge 40 deg 2.1mm H3N will be the best H3 rubber for FH always. Imo it’s the perfect hardness for almost all mortals, the spin is of course insane, and when boosted correctly, speed isn’t too big of an issue. Doesnt feel rock hard like 41 but not mushy like 39 either. But it’s all personal preference for hardness but for H3 on FH always get the Neo Provincial blue sponge in 2.1mm thick.
