LYJ's result here will have a huge impact on his WR next month. Dropping out of the top 10 is inevitable. The question is how big his drop will be.
His spot for WTT F Fukuoka 2024 is in jeopardy now.

Title drought ever since winning WTT CS Frankfurt 2023, LYJ is going through the same period that Harimoto went through after winning WTT CS ESS 2022.

was hoping for LYJ to do the kill and remove all CNT in the men's section.
Hope one of the Lebruns can finish the job

I have word that umpires actually use video to determine who is doing the head/shoulder hide and thus warning them.

so I am glad they are using technology to punish the culprits

Look at how LSD served. Another WCQ on the making?
Yup, I agree this is quite ridiculous according to current serving rules... I thought refs were trying to catch the most offensive serve infractions this tournament, but it looks like the reviewing period is over after just two days?
I'm actually disappointed that the trend displayed in the first matches wasn't upheld here, LSD is such a good player it's a pity to see him rely on hidden serves on clutch points (and not so clutch, like this) when he really shouldn't need to!
