In germany the Nuzn,Some Xioms and Bluestar were 80.- and got downgraded to 70 by now,Dignics Prices.
Would be nice to see how all those new overpriced Rubbers compare to dignics,i play the Bluestar A1 got it for 60.- and it was the most expensive rubber i bought.

TT11 is already out of stock for the red version of C55, too bad. The X47.5 doesnt sound too interesting to me , though I will try the X50.0 soon.

Curious to hear reviews of the C55, which should be the new flagship rubber of Xiom.
I thought of it more as they didnt get stock of red c55 yet and got the more popular color for each rubber respectively first.

True, that makes alot of sense. Too bad my black rubber is always reserved for h3 neos 😅

The C55 is probably a bit too hard on backhand, but my Hugo HAL is a soft blade so I will try it once they get it in red.

Has anyone tried the C55 yet?
I have played with it for two weeks and for now I can say, that it is a great rubber. It is medium tacky (less tacky, than hurricane national) and has a medium-low throw angle. From my observations I can say, that the spin is better than 09c and slightly less than hurricane national blue sponge. The most apparent feature I noticed so far is, that its easier to activate, than dhs hurricane rubbers, while keeping an stable and controlled performance in the short game, or passive strokes. Slow open ups are good and spinny, although you have to create the arc yourself, otherwise they can go in the net. Hard shots are very good, especially with an open bat angle. Serve and receive are slightly worse compared to hurricane national blue sponge in terms of spin and controll. I cannot comment on topsheet and sponge durability yet. In general I have not been impressed, with a lot of hybrid rubbers except (Joola Dynaryz ZGR and Gewo Codexx SuperSelect Pro 55), but this one is really good. I would imagine, that you need good fundamentals to get the most out of this rubber, even though it is a little more forgiving in medium power strokes, than hurricane national rubbers. Lets hope the durability is good :), if thats the case, I will most likely play it on my backhand and hurricane national blue sponge on forehand. I would imagine a flexible blade, with good ball grab/holding capabilities, with decent speed and medium-low to medium-high hardness is the way to go, for example W968, Cho Daesong Pro, Hugo Hal…

Thats great to hear, thanks for the review @Leaf ! Can you also say something about the weight?
Also, how is the speed compared to Hurricane 3 Neo Orange sponge? I am using 40degree version with 2 layers of booster, and it is becoming too much of a burden to play with H3N sometimes when I am tired

Uncut the weight was 72,4g. On low to medium impact strokes it should be faster, than your boosted H3 Neo orange. The speed is comparable to 09c.

What about tackinness? Same as 09c bcs when u said that spin is better than 09c it's mean that should be more tacky than 09c. If its true and speed is same then it's big win for xiom if it lats at least 3months.

Honestly I would say the tackiness is about the same. The spin is noticeably better, when you hit hard (from 70% to 100% power), when you hit slowly or with medium power I think its more or less the same amount of spin, with only a very slight edge for the C55.

Ive got the C55 incoming. Now I am curious about the J&H X47.5, which is available on TT11.

I am using the J&H X50.0 on my backhand atm , and it is soo good. Bit more catapult and lively than the Omega 7 Asia that I usually used on my BH, but great speed / spin ratio and comfortable to use. Problem is, the X50.0 is not available in Europe.

Any reviews on the X47.5? According to a review from Yogi_Bear, the X47.5 is more suited to hitting through the sponge rather than brushing, so could be similar to Omega 7 Pro?

Pretty much the same rubber except it is softer. Easier to brush the ball although I also liked the X50 more.

Thanks for the insights. Can you comment on durability? Were they more durable for you than the Omega 7 series for you?
They're about the same durability - maybe even less tearing on the sides of the rubber. Even when it loses its grip, it is such a spongey rubber that it'll work, but expect less spin.
