Xu Xin Ends Ma Long's 50 Game Winning Streak!

China’s Xu Xin who was beaten in the final of the Korean Open a year ago managed to be crowned men’s singles champion at the 2013 ITTF World Tour Korean Air Korean Open in Incheon on Sunday 7th April.

In 2012 Xu Xin was beaten by colleague Zhang Jike in a seven game battle, however this year with Zhang Jike being beaten by Yan An earlier on in the tournament there was to be a new champion this year.

Second seed Xu Xin was to face top seed and team mate Ma Long in an all Chinese final, Xu Xin prevailed in a six game match (11-3, 7-11, 11-8, 8-11, 11-8, 12-10) to take the well deserved title.
