H3 Neo, released in 2009, is still considered the best tacky rubber.

Viscaria, released in 1993, didn't become a mainstream blade until 2012, 2 years before the end of 40mm celluloid ball era.

Tibhar is the new Butterfly, face it guys. Alvaro Robles moved also from Gewo to Tibhar late june, the Lebruns are showing the world you don't need a D09C rubber and a ZLC/ALC blade anymore to win.

Maybe in China because of Zhang Jike , in Europe the Timo Boll Spirit was already VERY popular, on the secondhand market here Spirits in good condition can be found at a way higher cost than the black tag Viscaria.

I think you give the manufacturers a bit too much credit. The phrase "designed for plastic balls" is mostly a a marketing term used by the major brands to sell their more recent products

I was mean T05 Hard came after plastic ball. Its not from same generation as T05

Well, that's good but the trickle-down effect will take a while as ESN has been in a bad shape for a while now whereas Butterfly has never been better.
