A while ago I bought a Powerball for what I thought were early RSI symptoms, but didn't really use it. Shortly after I didn't have to spend that much time behind the PC anymore, so the symptoms didn't get any worse anyway.
Recently I noticed it lying on the shelf collecting dust, and I got a thought that Powerball exercises might be useful for people that play table tennis. In case someone doesn't know, a Powerball is gyroscopic exercise tool that can be used to train the wrist, arm and shoulder muscles.
Here is an overview with the exercises that can be done with it: http://www.springgear.com.sg/gyroexerciser_training.php
What exercises would you consider (most) useful for table tennis players, if any at all?
