Noting serve action to comply with the rules:
Serve action is only made up by two parts:
(1) Throwing action on the one hand : throwing height is more than or equal to 16cm, throwing action outside table line , higher than the table and take the vertical throw .
(2) Swing action on the other hand : if according to the new rules, higher than the table , and the action needs to be watched clearly by the judges on both sides and the opponents.

That means whoever is interested have to make a trip to China? I think it's good for table tennis associations to send representatives there and once they get back, they may conduct proper trainings for the local coaches.

Our athletes and coaches have a different training mode.In the short term to achieve the desired effect.
