"Like" a post on TTD

Hey Everyone!

We have been working hard providing site updates for you all to make TableTennisDaily more user friendly. This time around we have a new special feature which we hope you enjoy and find useful.

You can now "like" a post similar to that you see on facebook. So if you enjoy or like what someone posted than you can give them a thumbs up by liking

Image 1 - Where the like button is located

Image 2 - Once you have liked the post your name displays below and other multiple users

Image 3 - If you have had a like to your post it will display next to your stats on your username/profile. The stats also display how many times you have liked posts within the site

This new feature doesn't seem to have caused any issues on our side however please let us know that your status updates work correctly so we can help improve the site.

What do you think of this feature? You can .like this post to get an understanding You can also remove your like if needs be

Oh by the way, it's named 'Thanks' on Tapatalk. It pops up whenever you tap on a post.

It is also worth knowing, a feature that already was there, but is just slightly different, if you put your cursor over that green star that is right in between the like and the report user icons, the green star will say: "add to this user's reputation". So, when someone posts something that you more than just like, after clicking on the like button, you can click on the button that will add to that user's reputation.

Why not take some of the good features from facebook when facebook is so huge and have so many users?

Very true Carl

For some reason people haven't been using that cursor much, maybe because its hard to see users ratings. With this like feature it allows you to see how many times the user has been liked. Will be interesting to see how it goes
