This is a blade with a unique design, very different from a common 3+2 composition. Normally the core of a blade is placed with the grain vertically aligned, but here I'm using a horizontal core. This results in a more flexible blade, with more touch at the expense of some speed. The fiber is Textreme-Carbon 90 g/m2, placed at 45º, which also gives more flexibility than if was placed at 90º as usual. So, in the end all the layers are crossed, which gives a very nice sweet spot. It's not a fast blade, but it has a compact feeling, not usually found in blades of this speed class.

- Hinoki / TC90 - 45º / WRC / TC90 - 45º / Hinoki
- 75g
- 6.3mm
- 1184Hz
- 3.2cm (Med)

Is this joint on top ply from two veneers or single one?....
From esthetic side is this what gives the difference between custom and factory build.... Not to mention quality.

It is a single veneer, some of my Hinoki veneers have that darker stripe.

Vis composition but with some minor structural changes, namely a slightly thinner top ply and a thicker core. Paired with AxC, the blade has an higher stiffness but feels softer than if regular AC was used. It also reduces the weight a bit and allows the use of Ebony in the handle, which feels great in the hand and brings the balance down.

Available FS.

- Koto / AxC/ Ayous / Kiri / Ayous / AxC / Koto
- 87.5g
- 5.7mm
- 1528Hz
- Balance: 1.9cm (Very Low)

Is what you are calling "Super Carbon" the Tamca 5000 carbon?

I say you call that thick outer ply of Hinoki "Super Hinoki". :)

Tamca 5000 is a 200 g/m2 (or close to that) carbon, which is the same I'm using here. I just call it that because I also use lighter versions. It does sound a little gimmicky, there's nothing super about it, it is what it is, but people are used to this "super" terminology from Butterfly blades.

The Hinoki is indeed super, I don't have many veneers with 1.2mm.

I also did use Max 160gm2 carbon with the other bond for stronger feeling .. But mostly I'm try to use 90gm2/120 carbons.... I do not see usage for low or med players to use heavy carbons because they do not have strength and feelings for it.

Another blade with Glass-fiber, this time a 100 g/m2 fabric. The feeling is basically like an all wood blade, but the GF helps to control some of the bad vibration on this classic composition. The head size is also slightly larger to help generate more momentum in a controlled, spin based play style.

- Limba / GF100/ Limba / Ayous / Limba / GF100 / Limba
- 87.0g
-5.85mm
- 158x152mm
- ST (23.8x101x28.0mm)
- 1270Hz
- Balance: 2.8cm (Low)
