@Matt Hetherington

Matt, I have a question:
Based on the specs, Rhyzen ZGR and Rhyzen ZGX look extremely similar. But in reality, they play so differently unboosted. ZGR is very hard and dead, very low bounce.

ZGX is very bouncy like Dynaryz ZGR/ZGX.

Why would this be? Unboosted, ZGX is far superior of a rubber. It's almost as if ZGX is factory boosted while ZGR is unboosted.
I believe the formula composition of the topsheet and sponge are not the same between both rubbers. Even though they have the same 'technologies' they are in fact not the same chemical formulas. This is what I learned as I tried to figure it out more myself haha

Honestly there isn't really an alternative to Golden Tango. I'm personally interested in re-launching the golden tango style of rubber which is a bit tackier on the topsheet. I used that rubber for quite a while. The Tronix ZGR is probably the *closest* alternative, but it's definitely not the same style as Golden Tango.

As for Rhyzm-P I would say Tronix ACC is probably the closest to that one.
Hi Matt.

just curious, how big of a difference does the Tronix ACC from Dynaryz ACC? in terms if bounce, sponge hardness and spin sensitivity. Or are they totally different

Hi Matt.

The sponge hardness is 47.5 degree for both, but Tronix has a thicker sponge as the topsheet is thinned slightly. It definitely feels spongier than Dynaryz ACC and has large pores so absorbs the ball more. I would say the Dynaryz sponge is more reactive, so overall I think Dynaryz has a couple more gears for attacking - still with control. Dynaryz has a bit more kick to it. I use Dynaryz ACC on my backhand and have done for at least 2 years now, and I can still use it further back from the table, so it has more range for me.

In concept they are similar styles, more focused on that middle range game of being balanced but having some power to play at mid distance etc. but the Dynaryz is meant to be a tier up from Tronix, so it offers a bit more flexibility to be more aggressive if you want.

Can anyone compare the ZGX to the Dignics 09c mainly regarding throw angle and eventualy speed? I found the output power of the Dignics 09c not really linear, when i swinged really hard. The speed would be too much to control compared to slower swings. I know its supposed to be like that due to the sponge hardness and top sheet tackiness but i still found it exponential and not "linear".
