Last year we also got the singles asian champs right? Is it like an event that happens every 2 years or something?
Asian Teams/ European Teams and other continental team championships are held in odd years, and Continental Singles Championships are held in even years.
World Teams / Singles are in the reverse order.

Ri Jong Sik 0-3 Kuo Guan-Hong (-7, -8, -10)
Ham Yu Song vs Liao Cheng-Ting ()
Not fatigue so much as it is a team, people have to step up when other people are not delivering. It's amazing that Ham Yu Song is able to beat Kuo, I would never have predicted it.

Lmao Faraji once again strikes! I have no idea how Lin Shidong lost, so many weird mistakes and weird tactics... Lin Shidong just really had to add more sidespin to his BH opening loop to really increase the pivot difficulty for Faraji, and then force the BH-BH exchange until Faraji gives up the table, then switch decisively to FH whole table. Faraji's BH should be no match to LSD in the BH topspin battle but Lin Shidong kept playing the cat and mouse push-push-FH topspin game which obviously benefited Faraji tremendously.

Yes. 2024 was the last edition individual and team events were held together. 2025 is team edition, 2026 will be individual edition and so on...

Batra lost from Tan!!
Because she is defender or because she knew how to control the action and counterattack precisely?

That said, I have been impressed by Singapore - they may have been the easier opponent, but they are not going down without a fight.

I believe that the choppers have an advantage against OX long pip players, as their OX "strange" balls that have medium down spin or up spin or no spin are easier to handle by chopping than by attacking them.
