I'm spamming @Dan with messages like a spurned lover....

I think he's away at the moment, but I'm hopefully going to have a venue, format and date by the end of the month!

Have to book flights and hotel and arrange with family early if I Am goinf to make it so the earlier the better...

I could also make it, but it highly depends on the date. In August also have my regular schedule for a training week in Grenzau. Grenzau, with the nice Sports-Hotel, is be the way also a nice place for vacation (with familiy) and table tennis.

Little update.......

I had a fantastic call with Dan and a couple of unnamed partners.....

The provisional dates we have are Friday 4th September through to Sunday 6th September.

Note - Nothing has been confirmed, but these are the dates we are hoping to work towards.

I'm aiming to get the dates firmly signed off by the end of the month if possible - Certainly within the next 2 weeks.

At this point, we'll confirm the venue.

The schedule will follow, but from what has been discussed so far, it will be absolutely EPIC!

But it'll be a weekend towards the end of August or early/mid September hopefully.

I can't say specifically, but we are working on it being in Germany.

Once I've got the date sorted, I'll be able to confidently let everyone know the venue.

If these talks fall through, then we'll have to reassess.

Fyi season usually the season starts in the last weekend of August (at least for WTTV), so not ideally if you want a weekend full of action.
Best chance to get as many players as possible would be after the end the season, around end of april until june. After that the weather conditions usually suck as it gets quite hot in juli/august.

My wife is likely travelling in the last two weeks of May so if it happens then, forget me lol. But early June before the World Cup Starts seems like the most reasonable time IMHO.
