I find it interesting You like Sanwei Target so much. I played it brand new on my Darker 7p2a yesterday and I find it very dead and less tacky than my 2 month old H3 OS… Both of them similarly boosted. It may need some break in but it is definitely a lot less tacky…. Cheers L-zr

My 5 favorites, the order changes constantly. - SDC 372 Mjölnir (still a little too fast but I am getting there) - SDC 486 Barda (lovely soft feel but a tad too stiff) - Nittaku Meister basalt inner (currently playing this one) - Donic Appelgren world champ 89 (perfect speed and soft feel)...

I used to do it similarly. I find it too slow and too cumbersome so I do it the dry way now. My biggest problem was that it was really messy. I won’t go back I’ll stick with the dry method. Cheers L-zr

I have been playing H3 on FH approximately since it got less tacky. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I have played with more tacky rubbers and yes they are an advantage serving, but nothing else. I think H3 is perfect as it is right now. Cheers L-zr

My advice is stay away from Tenergies if you have problems in the short game. On my FH I would choose Tibhar Hybrid MK if I would choose to play an ESN rubber on FH. You also have Nittaku Hammond Z2 where you don’t need to change your style from Tenergy, but it has lower spin capabilities. I...

I seriously doubt it has longer dwell, What you want for a more secure short game is to go up in hardness so that the ball does not sink into the sponge and also less catapult. T19 should be harder than T05FX so maybe. Cheers L-zr

T05FX is not at all forgiving in the short game. It’s basically a nightmare being catapulty and spin sensitive… Cheers L-zr

I know, one of my training partners hit the ball like there is no tomorrow every time… He misses like 2/3 rd’s of them… Basically gives away the match…. It’s fun to train him though. Cheers L-zr
