One thing is for sure. Zhang Jike is finished as far as the CNT is concerned. He will 'retire' after these games. Shame... he would be good enough to play for anyone else. But the Chinese are ruthless.

Dont think he will retire so soon, I would love to see him recover and maybe gain one more big title world cup or wttc. But I think LGL will keep him 1-2 years just like he did with wang hao after 2013 to make transition with the youngsters smoother, take him as a substitution just like he did with wang hao in some team events

I wouldnt be surprised though, if they "retire" him after the games are over

JEOUNG Youngsik is outstanding! Should the KOR team face JPN or GER, they have good chance to play in the finals!

Will be very interesting to watch Youngsik playing Mizutani :)

Got to give ZJK credit though - he is a big game player, no doubt. The way he dug that one out - well, respect to him. That was one match I thought the chinese were going down. Never seen LGL so worried... the chinese big wigs in the crowd were not impressed, they will make LGL or ZJK pay for raising thier blood pressure...
