My FH Rubber is juic 999 turbo how is my technique and what can i do to further improve it? and is it normal to feel a painful jolt in your shoulder? if yes how long wil it last and what remedies can i do to heal it? thanks :)

well okay...so im always watching table tennis videos and i noticed...zhang jike is always driving the ball..he usually only loops when he his already a bit far from the table...meanwhile other players i watch always loop (unless the player is a girl) and my dad tells me i should just drive...

I've already tried a lot to fix my follow-through but it just doesn't feel natural, it's now not so much to the left. I've tried to lower my centre of gravity by a lot but still it looks high!!!! And my waist just refuses to bend down, it's so hard. What do you guys think?
