I have a kind of OFF topic question

I don't know if it's my impression but I noticed that between (specially) European women is common to do the FH with the arm more closer to the body (like attached), is this a school?

European men too. It is a general difference on technique. There are individual exceptions but your general observation is correct. Part of it is driven by equipment but it is a stylistic difference across countries and continents.
