XX said, before the National Games started he planned to put 70% energy in team event and save 30% for singles and doubles. However, as Shanghai proceeded in the team event, he put 100% in and his shoulder injuries worsened. A team gold and semifinals booked for MS and MD. Well done!

Hao Shuai was asked yesterday if he was too tired to play XD final right after 4-3 beating FB. He said that he had never won over FB in bo7 game and he wanted to fight till the end in front of his home crowds. He made it and a XD silver for this 34-year-old. Good job!

My heart aches when I see athletes playing in pain due to injuries and fatigue. It is not easy for the athletes and they deserve our respect.

Wow, as I see there is even a slight chance for Wang Chuqin to be national champion! He has beaten both Ma Long and FZD, who (especially FZD) seem to feel uncomfortable against the kid. It's a very slight chance, but it exists.

Can you pls tell when Wang Chuqin defeated FZD or any head to head stats ??
