If that wasn't 2.5 hrs of enthralling sports action, I don't know what is!
Even the wife watched it.
Absolutely thrilling climax. How Liam could even raise his blade to keep playing under that pressure is just amazing. About 12 match points lost before he could get over the line, all the while everyone knowing that Baggaley would have almost no chance against Achanta. Thank goodness for mental strength honed in the German League.
Well done England. Well done Liam.

Cracking game to watch. The nerves were so great at the end because I think everyone was aware that England were doomed had pitch lost, baggaley would have been slaughtered by achanta. I think Sam Walker may be a good bet to play the final, baggaley will be out of his depth. Walker is young enough to just go out and play his game, he is more likely to cause the shock than baggaley is
