How do you make Cpen TPB punch stable?

I don’t know if I’m on the right track, but I found the TPB punch most effective when you apply slight pressure on the backside fingers whilst launching your arm foreward.

Does anybody play this stroke often and stable enough? I need some tips.

Unfortunately no video for you to show what I’m doing.

around 24:00 explains the grip using wrist, fingers but not the thumb.

That's pretty much what I do as well! However, using your body as well (turning into the ball) makes the stroke even more powerful! I currently play 2 sided penhold, but I used to play with Jpen so I know how to TPB pretty well.

Timing the ball is also SUPER important, do NOT hit the ball too late. TPB is only strong up until the peak of the bounce, it goes downhill from there. Flicking the wrist to make topspin can also help with power, but I'm not so sure about stability.
