How to keep staying lower during the match?

I am having the same issue and this thread is super helpful!

How long does it take to adjust to a lower stance where it's happening without even thinking about it? Like 10 hrs of drills or 100?
10 hrs is enough to develop the habit, but the issue is that when you get tired your body will naturally stand up. It'll take hundreds of hours if not more to develop your leg muscles to the point where fatigue won't force you to stand straight.

probably depends on the person or how long the bad habit has been engrained into their practice/muscle memory. i think i broke my habit after 6 hours with the coach but it was many hours of playing on my own (at the club) to solidify staying low. and like others have said, when you get lazy you tend to be more upright...its less strenuous on the legs lol.
