Do you mean angry in your game like smashing every shot because of anger or do you mean to be angry mentally like throwing your racket all the time? :)

No. as soon as you introduce anger to your game, it becomes blurred. Rather change that anger into a cold fury where you understand exactly whats happening and you can think clearly/rationally.this will help, but the best is try not to get angry. When angry, you often make silly mistakes that you wont normally make

I don't think you can carry anger in your table tennis game as you would lose concentration. Table tennis is a game that needs 100% concentration!

the best thing is:If you want to win, think clearly and leave out anger.there is no place for anger in table tennis.Especially if it is a game that counts eg. tournaments.the last thing you want is to get angry.but if it is a friendly game between pals, use anger and judge how many mistakes you make.you will notice your silly mistakes easily. at the end of the day,you dont want to lose because of your own mistakes that were unnecessary.
