No, not a good bat. I would not spend 50 or more EUR on it since from Aliexpress you can buy much better Chinese rackets for the same price.
Those paddles quality is night and day better.

For a new player it will be fine but it is not value for money, don't waste your money on it. Yasaka World cup 5* is equally good for a beginner and is half the price, plenty good enough for a recreational player starting out.
Pretty much all premade bats are recreational player items so don't spend too much.
If you are starting at a club then it's maybe a different matter. Set your budget and you'll get some good advice on beginner blade and beginner rubbers in here.
