Stiga DNA Platinum MSRP in Japan is 8800¥ indeed. However, actual prices in Japan are lower than MSRP. At one of the biggest TT retailers in Japan, regular price of DNA Platinum rubbers is about 7000jpy, while they can be pre-ordered now for around 6000yen:
