Great performance and sportsmanship from Shin. Amazed at her maturity especially at this age. 4th place but she can still hold her head up high.

Hayata's hard work finally pays off. From being wrongfully denied an Olympic spot, constantly fighting off injuries, and being compared to her more talented peers when she herself comes from a family with no table tennis background. Congratulations to the 2024 Olympic bronze medalist and Japan's official No.1!

It is an important thing all players especially power hungry amateurs need to learn. You can't hit the ball hard all the time and expect to be a good player when your timing is off
Togami considered this post and then quickly disregarded it.

A well-earned victory. But since Adam’s commentating on today’s matches does that mean he’ll be missing tomorrow? Pls god help us out
Don Parker commentating the women's singles final... I guess they will alternate tomorrow like today.

Yeah if there was an award for best attitude in table tennis she'd be high on the list. I don't think the pair works without the constant moral support she gives to Lim Jonghoon. Coming over to give Hayata a big hug after a disappointing loss was a great show of character. She made a fan out of me during this Olympics. Hayata deserved a medal more though for being the workhorse for the JNT.

Wtf, why did Chen Meng get a yellow card? Just fire all of the umpires.
It was a ridiculous call. I saw no time wasting at all, and CM was actually in her service posture so I have no idea why the umpire decided to do that. Umpire also needs to recognize that there needs to be a little time for the crowd to settle down.

Thank you for your understanding.

In the SF match against Hayata, Qiu Yike told SYS after taking G1 to not loop if not ideal, but instead loop to BH first and then keep looping consecutively, be a bit more patient, and if the chance presents itself, always aim for Hayata's FH then press her middle and then BH.

I'll appreciate it if others will refrain from wasting my time on this topic in the future.

your post has nothing to do with nextlevel or turbozed
trying to use a chinese coach word into the context doesn't make you any smarter

both turbozed and nextlevel has made correct input.
you sadly, wrong.
and you think you are god again, to ask people to not waste your time?
well, don't waste your time and comment then

There need to be repercussions for umpires. This guy didn't even warn her in the gold medal match.
