Soft topsheet rubbers

Hello. I tried joola rhyzer pro 45, which has a soft topsheet, and I loved it. Is there any cheaper substitute with a medium-hard sponge and a soft topsheet?

Xiom Vega Japan definitely has a soft top sheet. I like it. The hardness however is more like medium. It might not be hard enough for you.

I found gewo proton neo 450 to buy near me. I think I can use it even with a softer sponge. Does anyone know if it has a soft topsheet? Another thing that concerns me is the spin, because I saw in revspin that it is completely not tacky. It has a 9.4 spin rating, but I would like to ask someone who have tried it if it is spinny even without tackiness.
