Tabletennis11 Experience (Resolved)

Hi everyone,

I feel like it's my duty to warn table tennis enthusiasts about possible problems with tabletennis11. I used to like them a lot, ordered their stuff several times, shipping was fast, bats were assembled properly and everything was in order. However, on March 11 I placed an order and did not hear from them anymore. They did send me an automated shipping message with the tracking number, but it's not recognized by Omniva (shipping company). I sent several e-mails, none of which was replied to. I tried calling them, but the lady that picked up pretended to not speak English and hung up.
I don't know if they have some problems with their business, but the absolute lack of response is unacceptable and I felt that all potential customers should know about that.
If someone has had similar, or maybe different experience recently, I'm happy to hear from you.

I think this is the "issue" you'll face.

You've created a new user, on a forum you've not been on before to moan about a company that has a great reputation amongst other users.

At this point, people will trust TT11 more than they will you (because no one knows who you are, and it just seems like you have an axe to grind with a retailer).

No retailer is perfect, but unless there is a big pattern of poor behaviour (which there isn't), it just looks like you are a disgruntled customer.....

Anyway, hope you can enjoy the forum :)

It's not personal.

I was just explaining that no one here knows who you are - You've set up a new account and the first (and only) thing you've posted about is a bad experience with a shop.

For all we know, you could be a competitor of TT11.

I'm sure others will comment about their experiences, and your mind will be put at ease.

I suggest contacting TT11 again if you are not happy (email generally works better for keeping records etc).

I have never had any issues. Best service of all the online retailers.

Ok, just got a phone call from tt11 (interesting how doing some hassle works wonders :) )- they did not see my emails as it went directly to spam folder (we both see it as strange, as I'm using regular gmail account). Parcel got lost somewhere and it's up to Omniva to sort things out. Since everyone in this thread had only positive experience with tt11, I take all the bad things back - they officially are reliable and trustworthy company. EOT

Maybe it was this thread that prompted them to call him? 😉

Sounds somewhat similar to what happened to one of my friends years ago, must have been a decade now. They seemed to take the money and not ship anything. I don't know if he ever pursued it further and got it solved, and I don't know if it was his fault or not. I do remember being a bit surprised, because I had bought from TT11 and received everyting quickly and in order.

And you can't really say what exactly happened and if it really was the seller's fault.

Your post is so useless.
I post about it specifically because it happened 10 years ago.

We don't know what had happened because they had never replied to anything.

Great company, never had a problem with them. They usually get packages from Estonia to NYC faster than I get packages from New Jersey.
