Sometimes, players will often "CHO" after winning a point. I always wondered, and this may seem silly, but what if you "Choed" when your opponent "Choed"? Wouldn't your opponent be confused and you will be pumped up, eventually winning the game?

I think it's very disrespectful, and the person who did it has a long history of doing things which to me look ugly or out of place.

I think what happened was that he made the opponent nervous and the opponent eventually lost the match.
but really they were very even and the matches between them were always 3-2 and similar.

This is typical of super expressive people who can never shut up.
so first he began cursing himself and making all this theater, like he always does.
then as it was not enough he began choing opponent's points which supressed the expression of the other guy and made him uncomfortable.

I think it's good to know when it's time to lose and let other people shine

also I always found it slightly uncomfortable to play with this guy, even when just training.
it's like he's so self absorbed that he forgets he's playing with somebody else.
he'll start doing all this theatre when he does something wrong that you are just left out there watching how he complains about his errors.
you almost become a spectator to all his theatre.

I always say this, if you want to stop people cho'ing the shit out of you. When you get a point go heavy on the bri'ish accent

+ " Get rekt! "
+ " That was Cho'isimo "
+ " Cho all, me to serve "
works wonders. You can also think of some come back lines
+ " When you choe, choe, don't end up loosing game half way" - after making a come back
+ " Cho your ass outta here " - after returning big smash or just smashing it
+ " My non Asian grandma can make a better cho than that "
+ " I don't know if I should cho you or handshake you " - at the end of a match
+ " Ah man the chue's on these rubbers are so worn out couldn't get it to cho " - when brush spin drops to the floor
+ " It takes 2 to choe in this ma'faker, let's play! "
+ " Once you cho back, you never come back "

I think that the best strategy is to stay calm and ignore those choes. Some people overdo choing to scare the opponent, especially when they lose. If you show that you don't care, they may go nuts and completely fall apart.

the best "anti-cho" technique is to be as mentaly strong and focused that you are not even hearing or realising that. When you pay attention to such a thing you're doing something wrong

haha I though of this when I was a kid. first of all you would be more focused on antichoing than on the actual game. Secondly you dont know how the opponent will react if you anticho, Its a good tactic if u know before the match that your opponent is gainin momentum from your dissapointment/bad body language so its a good way to troll him by showing that you reverse your emotions and simply dont care and appear as arrogant (if u lose then u would be extremely disappointed lol). But I think most people will get to super focus mode on and play their best just because you show "disrespect" to their ego

Its a good tactic against kids (or adults with the mental behaviour and sentiments of a kid) to derail them, but come on now...against a little kid?
