What is average forum user lifetime of activity?

I often read old threads, but they aren't even that old, maybe 2015-2020 and I find that 95% of posters from these old threads are not active on TTD forum anymore.

What is the average user lifetime? It seems really short because the turnover seems really high.

Why do so many people quit the TTD forum?

Not everyone wants to discuss TT and TT equipment constantly.
Most of TT players are not an EJ and they don't change their blade and/or rubbers very often. But when they do, they visit forums like TTD to ask for advice. When they made their choice, they don't longer have the need to stay active. Which is fine as well and it's nice if the forum community was able to help them out.

I agree. There are guys who like to debate but many are beginners who want some advice and after some time they either have found their setup or maybe have quit the sport.
